CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Before you take the next step.
The intended journey is to share your business information, services, hours, and common questions; review the greeting and call instructions; then test the experience before approved activation. Account creation and this setup workflow are not enabled yet.
Business-specific greetings, approved answers, call instructions, and escalation preferences are planned. This demo lets you explore preset industry scenarios; it does not save or train a receptionist.
The intended service would follow your approved escalation rules. These examples illustrate a callback request for staff review. No call is transferred and no team member is notified by this website.
Not through this website. The demos here play prerecorded AI-generated voices so you can hear the experience without a live call. Contact us to talk about early access and whether Coastline fits your business.

No. Every line and follow-up summary is prewritten. The Play, Pause and Resume button controls the prerecorded audio. Audio starts after your click. All fourteen examples play saved AI-generated recordings; their waveforms use sampled audio levels synchronized to playback. No browser text-to-speech fallback is used. No live AI call takes place.
The platform is being designed for businesses across industries, but requirements vary. Healthcare and legal examples stay within administrative inquiries and provide no medical or legal advice. Live suitability, handling of sensitive information, and workflow safeguards require separate review.
